DAP Flickr Group

Tonight's show focused on the wonderful online photo sharing site, Flickr. Both Steve and I have accounts and talk about the different ways we like to use it. We added a flickr group called, well, Dead Air Podcast Flickr Group. It took us a while to come up with that name but "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" was already taken. As we don't talk about sports all that much.

Celebrities that share birthdays with Steve and I.

Here is video of local Baltimore icon, Marty Bass of channel 13.

Music on the show can be found at Amazon or anywhere else old songs are sold.

It's Getting Cold in here! Let's Put On All Our Clothes!

Wow, it's finally feels like winter here on the east coast. It's below freezing outside tonight and it should only be a few degrees warmer tomorrow. Tonight's podcast focused on more than a few topics. The Ravens and sports in general, talking about a website we found on digg and a look back on a trip Steve and I took to New York City back in 1994. Here are is a picture of Steve in front of a pizza shop next door to the Ed Sullivan Theater.

OK, try to figure out what they are saying....

I was looking for sumo clips on YouTube this morning and I found this commercial. What does it sound like the sumo dudes are saying? I know what I think they are saying but I will not put it in your mind before you hear it. Add a comment with your guess!

Happy New Year! Pass the Gatorade!

It's a whole new year but Dead Air Podcast is still as bad as ever. Its been two weeks since our last show and a lot has happened. Well, I could write about it but then I would feel that Steve and I wasted our time talking about it for 30 minutes. We do touch on the Darwin Awards a little and a few other stories we both dugg over at Digg.com. Enjoy the show and send us any comments you might have and we will talk about them in the next podcast.

Check out our profile at Digg.com and be sure to add DAP to your friends list if you have not already done so. We also have a Myspace account, but that is so 2006. We even have a presence on the site blubrry.com which is a new place that has a lot of wonderful content, and for some reason us. I'll add a link to these on the right when I have the time. It may even be there by the time you read this.

The song on the end of the podcast is of course Epic, by Faith No More. Please go out and buy their song if you don't already have it. I still have my original tape!
